Contentious? Hardly. I am stating simple facts and frankly I have no idea what you're talking about. No gap? The close yesterday was 142.76 and the open today was 144.42! That's a gap....period! A gap which stayed open and above which the stock traded higher. In between said gap was the declining resistance line known around these parts as the neckline to that old H&S.

I see no argument unless we're talking semantics again, in which case you can have it. I think its very likely SHLD goes higher, perhaps much higher.
