Some of this refi strength must reflect conversions to fixed conventional. I don't
know how else that would show up.

Renovation work demand continues to slow rapidly here in NYC. Phone barely ringing( not unheard of during August, though) with only small work sought. Subs
and other contractors all singing same song. Very little traffic at supply houses and big boxes.
