"Why would any thinking person follow 100% of any single individual's advice? We all have to decide what to do on the basis of what's going to work for me, what kind of portfolio do I have, what kind of circumstances do I have, what kind of risk tolerance do I have--just as Brinker has always said, and just as any thinking person knows without being told by anyone."

Pardon me for being direct, but what a bunch of garbage.

Should we allow Vanguard to advertise how their Wilshire5000 index did without including the stocks it has in the NASDAQ100? That is exactly what you are defending except you are doing it for Brinker who charges more than Vanguard and doesn't answer questions you have when you call on the telephone.

After all, according to you, people have to decide what is going to work for them and what kind of risk tolerance they have just as Brinker has always said.
