Hello g-dog, Here is the one I just started taking. greenfoods.com I take multiple vitamins and have for 30 years. Out of the 5 brothers and sisters I did the lions share of partying but I think I am the one in the best health. I can only say it is from an exercise program that has been daily for almost 30 years and the same with the vitamin supplements. I like vegetables and fruit and other good foods too so that helps.
