CV Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Public Offering of 9,000,000 Shares of Common Stock

PALO ALTO, Calif., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CV Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVTX - News) announced today that it has agreed to sell 9,000,000 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $9.50 per share in a public offering. All of the shares are being offered by CV Therapeutics, Inc. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,350,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
