BTOO is a currently non-operating Shell. I talked to a fellow at Akcess Biometrics Corporation today where a lot of the old BTOO people had moved on to. Several of them still own gimme-stock, but they have heard nothing about anything going on. BTOO was apparently wrecked by the dirty dealings of their investment banker, Perrin-?-Davenport (whatever), similar to the BS sleazer act of CornBall Crapital. Based on price-volume observations by a person on another Board, there could be an R/M in the works into the old Shell. BTOO is totally defunct business-wise per the phone call. John :-) .
