That's the Drunken Troll - he's about 75 and believed to be in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's disease. When he's not posting stuff like that he's getting TOSd from RB for pornography and vulgarity etc.
He's now had over 900 deleted aliases on RB and gets TOSd almost every day. Here's a post which is somewhat dated but reveals a great deal about him:

Your defense of the troll
...is quite telling, chinditone. And I predict it is something you will come to regret committing to a post. I stopped compiling a list of known troll aliases after he'd reached well over a hundred--and even then, he informed me (on the GECC board, I believe) that I'd missed about two-dozen others. When RB had additional staff, the troll's aliases were routinely TOSd every day. On weekends when there was little or no monitoring, he often would chalk up 100-150 posts, using up to four aliases, all the while telling others that they needed to get lives, spend time with family and friends, go to church, etc. He moved between telling people how important religion was to him, to detailing his weekend substance abuse, history of family abuse, and making what can only be termed explicit, pornographic postings. Another recurrent feature of the troll's posts is his blatant racism and frequent ethnic slurs.
The troll reserved some of his most vulgar content for the weekends, when his posts were often scatological or sexual in nature. His conflicted sexuality was most evident during that time, and was reflected in RB avatars such as "bang_boy," "the_longdong_flasher," and "pork_me_please." In his less-drunken moments, the content of his writings very closely resembled that of RB alias scu_8452, who infamously wrote a number of posts defending pedophilia and the North American Man-Boy Love Association--prompting a number of us to question on these boards whether the Drunken Troll and scu were closely related aspects of a single individual.
As I noted in the post to which you replied, the troll is known to seek out others whom he recognizes in himself by their sociopathic or sociopathic-leaning behaviors. Most notably, he began posting to the various RB aliases of former GECC "chief operating officer" Jim Bolt--a twice-convicted felon who was at the center of a verifiable stock scam. The troll also sought out a multi-alias TSPN/GMDP tout who went by the RB moniker, "p_g_gargleblaster"--an individual whom you reminded me of when I first began monitoring this board, chinditone. Gargleblaster also kept a separate, "basher-free" board through which he attempted to keep the sheep in the pen and away from critical due diligence--most likely so he, too, could sell while he was pumping. As the troll is dim, very much a one-trick pony, and a creature of habit, it was not rocket science to suspect that he would approach you through an appeal to your vanities at some point, as he clearly has here and on IHUB. So, chinditone, there's a little background for you who defends the troll in the very same post in which you admonish others to be, "...rational and decent citizens."
