It will only have the potential for Goldilocks if housing turns around. That might help explain the assinine articles coming out of the media lately. They are trying to convince the public this is a good time to buy. Are the masses dumb enough to believe it? I think not. The mindset appears to have changed to where people are finally beginning to realize how financially foolish they have been with their home equity. Not suggesting that everyone will suddenly start saving (heaven forbid!), but more that people won't be quite as foolish as they have been in recent years. It can be an eye opener to know someone who is in major financial trouble. One starts to think about one's own situation, if one has any brains at all.
