Nanda and John, I have made enough money in y2k stocks in 96 and 97 that I am no longer trying to find a moonshot. Rather I am content to invest in companies where I have followed them for some time and have heard senior management speak about their strategic plan.I am trying to avoid holding onto any y2k stocks through 3/98 that I persieve has any appreciable downside potential.MY strategy is colored by my very strong belief that their will be a major overall market crash as a consequence of the millennium problem. I am content to miss an upside of even 33% in y2k stock appreciation in a belief that If growth stocks drop as much as 50% that there will be bargains galore for anyone with money to spend.
