Hi B and Bev Thank both of you for your insight on your stock picks. I second what both of you say about making a phone call to the co. that your interested in..thats the first thing I do. I also got hit hard by the Bre-x scandle and the impact it had on the jr. gold market. The only thing that prevented a total disaster was my jr. oil stocks which were going up while the gold stocks were diving. During the last few months I've increased the % of my portfolio thats in oil stocks. Learned the hard way many years ago to adjust with changing conditions and not get wedded to only one group of natural resource stocks. BTW, B., I bought some shares of SIR a few days ago..really like the risk/reward ratio on that one!! Took 2 months of DD before finally taking the plunge. Keith
