The T-A for BTOO is/was..: Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company 17 Battery Place • New York, NY 10004 212.509.4000 Rich Vischovich at CST&T is supposedly the 'right guy' per the old CPA. You might want to call them and see what the AS/OS situation is and see if you want to get out at your cost due to a highly potential R/S or whether collecting cheapie-shares might be a viable R/M play (..doesn't sound like it to me..). It is my understanding from chatting with a former BTOO CPA that Perrin-H?-Davenport hosed BTOO by backing them into the Village World shell that was riddled with hidden debt - then probably wrecked BTOO for profit with 'shorts and bashes' per the typical "..Pukes & pinworms.." scenario. John :-) .
