The read origin of the species. talkorigins.org

The text should explain it.

What you mean to say is that there is little scientific discussion of the matters that takes a didactic approach and explains in simple terms the meaning of Darwin's work. There rarely is. That is because most do not understand it, and of course for statistical reasons there is no way one can build an unbroken fossil record showing unequivocal development along selective lines of a particular species. We can however clearly show the results of adaptation, of species in different areas.

That species such as human could gain characteristics that are vitally necessary and favourable without selection taking place and entirely fortuitously is of course ludicrous and again statistically wildly improbable. So the jury is in. We know what happened.. we simply are not sure exactly how fast or exactly by what means.

Let me know when you have an epiphany. Darwin's was to see the animals who had no fear and the finches.. which had different character than the same finch of his own home.. the finch was the clinch.
