What isn't real is the contention that we are or are on a path to becoming, a fascist country. How could you possibly know what things are discussed/planned in the Bush administration? There is every sense that these guys are on a mission and whoever steps in their way is in danger of getting crushed. Does that mean that we are on our way to being a fascist country? Who can be sure? Becoming fascistic is not likely to happen overnite. Freedoms will be lost a little bit at a time. Already, one party controls two branches of the gov't and is well on its way to getting the third. That's a huge step in and of itself. Because these are your peers doesn't mean they believe the same things you believe.
