Theory 1: The audit was completed but Mendoza Berger again included the "going concern" wording in their report and PLNI didn't want it.

Theory 2: The audit was not completed because of disagreements about when and how Turek's share windfall should be included and explained.

Theory 3: There was disagreement on how to present the Pro-Mold and Semco mergers.

Theory 4: No audit letter will be released until PLNI pays the balance of what they owe the auditors.

Theory 5: There are no problems, just routine delays. Hollen's ranting about the auditors was totally based on frustration, not any vibes he got from Turek et al.

Again, all theories-- nothing more.
