I agree. I only heard a short blip on FoxNews as the story had just broken, so I don't have any detailed info yet. I'd bet she's a liberal Judge with at least a mild case of BDS. She'll get her 15 minutes & the MSM will have a field day beating Bush with more false & misleading stories in the hopes of driving down his numbers in the polls. Based on everything I've read & posted right here on this thread about the NSA warrantless searches, they are 100% within the powers of the Executive branch. It is a program that protects us within the confines of the Constitution
