David, I haven't figured out a bearish one (yet) mc's bullish count from the June low makes sense, though. Since I don't have a satisfactory E-wave scenario in mind, I'm just using conventional TA right now. A break above 1305 would make me feel more comfortable. But the CCI on the daily suggests that a pullback or consolidation is coming soon, so that makes me leary of any strong advance from here. And although stranger things have happened, I just don't think this month is going to be a ripsnorting bull like last November, as historically August is one of the weaker months of the year. But maybe this rally is what the big houses have in mind - something to fake out each other with. stockcharts.com Right now I'm slightly more bullish than bearish but I have very few positions; my lack of full positions evidences my lukewarm commitment to any bullish count.
