Jim. Good post. Scott either understands, or refuses to acknowledge what the crux of the problem is. And that is the BOD. Why do you think I and four other people tried so hard to oust the them? We did get 3% to vote against them. Usually, I'm told, most BOD's get a 100% unanimous. However, it wasn't enough.

When will these employees figure it out, that the BOD do not care about them? And, as you, I cannot understand this "dedication". Especially to a management structure that along with not caring one iota about shareholder value, cares even less about their employees.

Very puzzling.

Also VERY opinionated and unsubstantiated, and VERY FIRST AMENDMENT-ATED.
