That's interesting, but if you do a taste test of organic milk versus rBGH milk, nine out of ten people will say the organic milk tastes better. And it does. It's very clear. That alone tells you something about the quality of the milk. I figure I've milked, by hand,something over 30,000 gallons of milk, run it through a separator, skimmed it, made butter from it and consumed quite a lot over the years. And there is no way I would drink the crap that comes from the typical factory farm.
