Our main disagreement probably hasn't really entered in to this part of the conversation. You think Israel and America's policies are war crimes. I strongly disagree. As for actual Americans and Israelis that commit war crimes, I doubt there will ever be a situation where you can count on all of them being arrested. Sometimes there isn't evidence of a war crime, or there is no evidence about who did it. But committing war crimes is not the way the US or Israel normally operates during a battle.

I think its much more important to deal with the terrorist groups, because war crimes are their stock in trade.

There is no logic in saying we can't arrest Hezbollah so we shouldn't enforce the law.

Exactly what law do you want enforced. I'm not saying there is no such law or laws (for example American in Iraq have been prosecuted) but I would help if you could expand on what you mean by enforce the law.
