I got the date wrong, poor memory for such things.
My interest was what was the PPS doing before and after the announcement, so as to try to ascertain a potential entry point.
Seems there was a good bit of accumulation the week prior(somebody knew) and then some selling about a week later.
So results at this point are not conclusive for the now, but it is interesting from the historical perspective.
