I just received a letter from the USDOJ about a court case against one Faisal Zafar, charging him with securities fraud.According to the charges, Zafar and others fraudulently promoted and published on message boards on the internet false statements and fictitious press releases about publicly traded companies. These posts caused the stock prices to rise and they sold out to reap huge profits.

Has anyone else received such a letter? It was sent to me because the USDOJ claims I am a victim of their crimes and informed me of my rights under the Crime Victim's Rights act.
Just curious if anyone knows what this is about and what stocks were involved
