DD, I think you hit the nail right smack on the head. Technicals are not reflecting the up coming dilution.

Is this really any different than a secondary offering? Look what happen to IMRS,CHRZ,CBSL. Why should this be different. Still cautious short term. After this is out of the way...full speed ahead.
