I think the pc business in general is slower but maybe good news for DELL is adding faster processors from AMD might energize that particular product line.

From my own experiences and I amsure of many others.....DELL has to come out with better quality and certainly better service and support. I cannot tell you how much time I spent with customer service in India when my DELL went crazy and not only was the person difficult to understand but they wanted to walk ME through the steps of taking off the panel and messing with circuitry and switches. Kind of hard to do if youre not a techie plus keeping the phone in one hand.

I have never had DELL or other pc makers like IBM on my watchlists just because I think there are better companies and stocks to follow for personal reasons.

I know one thing....I will not be purchasing a DELL again in the near future. I have two HP laptops and three desktops (none are DELL) and am very happy with their build and capabilities.

Anyways, didnt see a very good play in DELL ah today so went back to work instead!!
