We were discussing computer quality yesterday. Perhaps what "Captain Ed" did is the way we will have to go. I hate to buy these retail warrenties, but I may be forced to next time. I've replaced the laptop. This time, I bought my new computer at Best Buy and got the three-year all-inclusive warranty. I decided on another Sony Vaio, because I've had excellent luck with Sony in the past and the price was too good on this machine to pass up.
