Funny how the question of whether to do For Sale By Owner (FSBO) was never asked, must be taboo.

Last year when I sold my WA state house after firing my second agent I used these guys. $595 and you get the sign and the MLS listing and that was enough for me.

mls4owners.com

I phoned MLS4OWNERS.COM on Monday am, Tuesday am the sign came, I wrote my phone number on the sign in marker and Friday a neighborhood renter called and said his family wanted to buy. That weekend they viewed the house, Monday morning I called around and found a lawyer and that afternoon we were done, $400 in legal fees.

The house had been listed for 4 months and neither of the two realtors had done anything.

The realtors lost $35,000 in commissions, I netted way more than I'd have done if I used a realtor.
