Stan, have you heard any theories coming out of the Islamic world that 9/11 was a conspiracy directed mainly by American intelligence agencies to be used as a pretext to attack Iraq? what do you make of that ? well, the Islamic world was in disbelief that this act can be carried out in the name of Islam and wanted to shift the blame to a different entity... this is not the reaction the world was expecting ... having said this, there were many Islamic figures and authorities who made there opinions known worldwide against such acts, and that they are not be in the name of Islam ... I agree with you and with anyone in saying that the Islamic world should have done more... way much more... for example, the Islamic world should have organised a massive media campaign clarifying such issues ... this unfortunately did not happen. AV.
