Hola marcosito!

<<'TrueScouse 81 05/15/2006 02:30:54 PM' - where's Howy lately? ... surely the lines are not down to Costa Riquísima ...>>

This is true. The lines are apparently intact -- but I'm still residente en el continente confusado.

Yo? Parte del problema o parte de la solucion? Quien sabe? De veres no se.

<<i was thinking of bidding for his csl.h.v contest pick, in honour of it being a full decade next year that we've been following it ... and maybe make a side bet on whether they get it together in this next decade, or the one after>>

Go for it my friend. I'm somewhat proud to be *bottom* of the list on this one. But this is the point... You've got to be a dismal failure in some areas of life in order to succeed.

Meanwhile, I continue to accumulate csl.h shares at 8 or 9 cents, using significant profits from the likes of winners such as VYE (thanks CC!!), on the very old fashioned but effective notion that you sell stuff when everyone else wants it and you buy stuff when the whole world thinks it's a piece of sh**. BWDIK?

But the *real* reasons for my lack of posting here are that...

- Sorry to say, but IMHO there's been a lot of fluff on this board recently. Lots of posts about stuff that's got absolutely nothing to do with the PM markets...

- I've been very busy over the last month with Shield Gold. I'm now the president of the company and there's lots to do and lots for me to learn -- but I'm really enjoying it. [PM me -- boy do I have a deal for you! <g>]

Who knows where it will all lead, but I have to admit that I don't really care! After all these years as a PM investor, I'm actually involved in a real company that could develop into a gold miner. A whole new phase...

Y tu? How's fatherhood treating you? It's a wonderful thing, with all it's stresses, trials and tribulations. I have to say that my whole identity is tied up in the relationships with my daughters. Never dull... often quite painful... always important.

Best regards mi amigo,
Howy
