All in the timing(not to mention having a good agent, which is rare). HelpUSell is quietly reverting to full service/full commission in many areas. The old "throw it in the mls" doesn't work in a market like this(post bubble crash). HB's that wouldn't even look at an agent a year ago are emailing us "Will pay 6% commission if you drag in a buyer" flyers to us weekly. -g-
