Unless the UN troops are armed heavily with strict orders to shoot and kill anyone who gets in thier sights.

Otherwise Hezbollah will get amongst UN troops to attack Israeli positions, and the Israelis will return fire without caring if they hit UN troops. Result: same situation except UN troops being killed as well.

Too bad if anyone gets lost or mistaken identity.
