Overvalued or not it does not mean that it is necessarily a good short. In this market you can make more money in overvalued stocks than trying to short them (except maybe RMBS). I've made good money on all of them going long while others have insisted that they should go down. I would let the market tell when they should go down, and a 8 point correction is not enough to convince me the party is over.
