You should have some excellent opportunities there this winter to buy an REO at the higher end at a huge discount. Right before what is normally their fiscal year end in December could be an excellent time. I see more and more banks now starting to unload inventory in ways other than just doing minor cosmetics and pricing it right in MLS. Some even do it via internet auctions.
