SEC Cover-Up Of Defaruded Investors (Not rated) 8 minutes ago I do so enjoy how the bashers are trying to blame the company for what happened.

Guys? Try this. The SEC is chartered with protecting investors.

Thousands of investors were defrauded by Wall Street's actions in Global Links, and the SEC allowed it to happen, did nothing to stop or correct it, and lied to us about the severity of the problem while covering it up.

This has nothing to do with whether the company was a POS or not.

The investors were defrauded, massively, 10X hidden dilution, and the SEC didn't lift a finger, or make a peep.

It really is simple. Is the top cop allowed to lie, and place Wall Street's profits above investor protection? That's what they provably did. The FOIA data is clear.

But the bashers want to blame the victim.

The top regulatory cop was just caught red handed, and it is the company's fault. Sort of like catching the AG and police force on tape robbing a jewelry store, and then trying to defend it by claiming that most of the rolexes they stole were actually fakes, so it isn't a big deal.

Nice effort, guys.

Nobody is fooled, at all.
