Exactly. Dallas saw no price boom, and probably no flippers and few second home purchases. And yet the Dallas housing market is under severe pressure with record foreclosures.

The coasts have even more toxic loans, and all the other factors - it is going to get ugly.

People can no longer can say the the housing bust is local. The housing bust is NATIONWIDE.
