Ft. Myers/Naples Area August 2006
Update on Luxury Sky Home®, Lesina
Progress on Lesina, Hammock Bay's most superior luxury tower, continues to run smoothly with about 70% of the building complete. Residences range from approximately 2,333 to 2,878 air-conditioned square feet with private elevator foyers, nine-foot ceilings, balconies, spacious kitchens and much more. The tower is scheduled to be completed in Spring of 2007.
Construction of Hampton Park Amenity Center Underway!
The Amenity Center will offer a Craftsman-style community clubhouse, resort-style pool, covered barbecue pavilion and children’s playground with separate tot lot. Construction is expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2007.
Designed as a central gathering place for Hampton Park’s residents, the clubhouse will feature a baked clay-colored exterior, rustic southern ledge stone, peaked roofs with large overhangs finished with flat tile, exterior rafter detail and upgraded, impact-resistant windows. The clubhouse floor plan has social and fitness sections separated by an open air entry and breezeway that allows residents to enter either side of the club or to directly access the resort pool though rear breezeways spanning the rear of the club. Main rooms will view a 3,600 square-foot resort-style pool, nature preserve and lake. The planned 100,000 gallon pool will be highlighted by a custom-built, central rock waterfall.

Lost Key Golf Club Debuts
Lost Key's 18-hole, Arnold Palmer-designed golf course reopened to the public on Tuesday, July 18th.
