I indicated long ago that I know virtually nothing about reverse splits, having never been personally confronted with one in the past. But you seem to have more experience. Have you any statistics on reverse split failures versus successes? I believe I recall someone (Marcia, was it you?) posting on this thread about a successful reverse split in the past. "Jupiter", or something like that. Maybe that was one in a million, but I would be interested in the stats.

Also, I like your suggestion about either cancelling or retiring shares to ease the dilution. Sounds too good to be true, though. Unless the shares were of a collateral nature against a paid debt, how would outstanding shares be either cancelled or retired without first doing a buyback?
