It is that and just way too many folks are already stretched who were not flippers. Just real end users living in their homes who can't afford it and whose equity is too slim now to bother holding on. I live in a county with no land left for single family development.

Many other parts of FL you've got speculators and builders all sitting on new homes with no end users which is much worse. Ugly on so many levels.
