You are correct. Dilution is dilution. IMRS ran UP just following the secondaary offering announcement, but when the shares hit the market, the price dropped. Look at the charts. IMRS is still paying for the sins of the secondary offering, as are CBSL and CHRZ.

Long-term, SPNSF is a winner. Caaution is definately the operative word here as we approach PS conversion.
