Floyd,

Take off the Capital Letters, put on a blood pressure monitor, and sit down as I spoon feed you this information like you were the two year old you act like.

First, the FOIA data is for April 2005 - December 2005. Note 2005 not 2006. You still with me or did your heart not stop after making yourself look like a fool.

Now, In February 2005 the company went through a 1:350 split that brought the shares issued to 1 Million. You still with me. If not, check the 2005 Edgar links I provided you.

Come on Floyd...Keep up.

Finally, the data stops on December 30, 2005 and AT THAT TIME the 3:1 forward split never happened as you yourself claim. The Fails however were still near 6 Million shares. Theoretically, the fails tripled with the 3:1 forward so god only knows how many they had in April 2006.

Okay Floyd, now pick yourself up off the floor as that head banging is giving us all a headache. You will eventually get better but you must stop drinking that Tony is a Hero Kool-Aid and come to the reality that you are really just a fool who can't comprehend simple issues such as this.

YOU BEEN SCHOOLED!!!!
