Roger, I agree with you on CSCC's potential for return over the
long haul. Frame relay has yet to really catch on here in the US.
Around 85% of the frame relay market is overseas.

Likewise with Ascend's potential for continued success being that
nearly 80% of the ISDN market is US based. Both still have
tremendous growth potential.
