If I accepted "the only reason he is not already on trial is because he has the biggest chimp of them all to hide behind." just because you said it was true, it still wouldn't make my statement BS.

I said you haven't provided any evidence, and you still have not. I said that heads of state usually are only subject to international tribunals for war crimes if they lose a war, and that is indeed true.

If your going to say "BS" you should at least contradict my statement. It would be nice if you went on to support it with a real argument, but even an unsupported statement opposed to mine would make more sense that what you did. You say "BS" and then you make a statement that is mostly irrelevant in the context of my statement.
