Floyd...How come you did not correct yourself here again after being schooled on O'Briens Blog? This whole thread of yours has been a comedy of errors made by you.

BUT HOW COULD THAT BE? THE GUY WITH THE FAKE DIPLOMA MILL DEGREE DR. ROBERT SIMPSON SAID HE PURCHASED THE ENTIRE FLOAT OF GLOBAL LINKS FRAUD YET NOT ONE SINGLE FAIL TO DELIVER DURING THAT PERIOD. FAKE PH.D SIMPSON PURCHASED HIS 100% OF THE FLOAT GLOBAL LINKS STOCKFRAUD ON FEB 3, 2005 YET NOT ONE FAIL TO DELIVER DURING JANUARY 1, 2005 THROUGH APRIL 17 2005 ACCORDING TO PATCHES OWN FOIA REQUEST INFO.

It is very easy Floyd. During a CUSIP change a stock will trade "when issued" which you should have read by now in my article. A "when issued" stock has no settlement because all parties have not concluded the convert so fails are standard. The "when issued" status was for 8 - 10 weeks and then lifted as all shares had been exchanged for new ones.

After this was all concluded and the settlement process reinitiated the fails were significant and stayed significant as identified in the FOIA request.

Now, as for your claims about Simpson - he still does not have his shares as requested. It has been 18+ months that his 1.1 million shares have failed delivery.

Do you feel like a fool now?
