As usual, the Toes knows.

That's one of the great things about this country -- judicial impartiality. Americans can always count on the judiciary to blindly follow the law, regardless of the judge's personal opinions on things. Especially those wild-eyed liberal judges appointed by a village idiot who somehow became President.

Sarcasm aside, I don't doubt that this stupid ruling will be overturned on appeal, and will not be accepted by the Supremes, rendering the appeals court ruling to be the final say on the matter.
