And if you consider the broader context of the false-flag operation, when would you do it? Obviously you are looking for the political enabling event to cram thru your agenda in 8 years so the earlier the better, like in the first year. The other advantage of early action is that you are still a relatively unknown commodity, and you know your ignorant supporters(and obviously still ignorant) will blame it on the previous, effective, administration. Just some thoughts that provide circumstantial evidence to the mounting body of forensic data.
