If that was the only thing David Kay said, at best you'd have a lame point to make in reference to the liberal LIE that removing Saddam was all about "stockpiles" of WMD's & absolutely nothing else. But David kay said a lot more. And most of what he said utterly destroys the lame point you are trying to make.
