Jeff..I will say to you exactly what I said to Floyd..you are scum.

You seem content to allow Wall Street to defraud the investing public and the regulators to ignore that fraud because you don't like a particular clause the company has in their stock and a clause that is fully exposed in filings.

Can you not divert the attention away from this specific issue and address the facts as presented. What exactly are you afraid of?

Did Simpson purchase 100% of the reported shares on Feb. 3, 2005?

Does the FOIA data represent anything OTHER THAT common stock and were the fails in the common stock more than 2.5 times the issued common shares as of April 18, 2005?

If the fails were 2.5 times the shares issued, and remained there for the better part of a year, can you provide insight on exactly how those fails were generated? Don't you think the SEC would have taken action by now if it was simply the sale of unregistered securities by insiders?

Finally, can you explain how the market cap in the stock for that split was suddenly reduced to less than $5000 as Simpson purchased 111% of the common stock for $5000.

Now come on tough guy answer those irrefutable issues.

As for Cuban, now there is a Class Act.
