The way I read that, on 7/27 THLD disclosed that TCP owned 5.8% of the shares. On 8/17, THLD dislosed that TCP owned 11.6% of the share. Looks like TCP doubled down during the last month on this drop. I assume that the 7/27 disclosure was data from before the 7/17 drop and that TCP probably bought most of the new shares on 7/17 and perhaps 7/18.

Based on a current market cap of 71.83M from Yahoo! (http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=thld), I calculate ~37.4M outstanding shares. 5.8% of this would be ~2.2M shares. So TCP used to own 2.2M shares and now owns 4.4M shares.

I don't know how significant that this is, other than a vote of confidence from the biggest shareholder. I assume TCP has strong hands and intends to hold these shares long-term. Certainly a strong bottom has been put in at 1.50, so the upside seems quite a bit more than the downside LT and MT. ST could go either way, but I expect more follow-through next week.
