What is going on with this Company?

Firstly, let me declare clearly that I do not own this stock nor do I have any options. I have watched this company over the past few months with astonishment. Last week, they get an approvable letter from the FDA and the stock rises $5 over the next few days. Do the investors in this company not understand what an 'approvable letter' means or is this stock being manipulated? Let me clarify for those that do not understand. Once you have an open IND with the FDA, you can submit a NDA at any time. Of course if your data is insufficient for approval but not so bad (usually safety) that you get a 'not approvable' response, you get an 'approvable letter'. This does not mean that you are close to approval. You might have all your Phase 2 and 3 trials still to do. So why, when their Kiacta data fails to reach statistical significance and they get an approvable letter, is this a cause for a price rise? Why is the drug so much more likely to be approved now? What makes Bellini think that he does not need to do another trial? If he is so confident in this (3-7 months???), then let him show investors the letter from the FDA. The only thing that makes sense in this whole week is the drop in share price in after market trading on Friday. Was this a response to the Director resigning? Why did he resign so abruptly? Where was the quote from the resigning director wishing the company well? Smells to me of a rat leaving the ship. Does anyone know what role he played on the Board? I see he is on the audit committee of Shire. Not a good sign if he also played that role for Neurochem.

Talking about money, what is the line of credit all about? $60M from a company called Cityplatz Limited in the British Virgin Islands. Who are they and what is to stop them shorting the stock and buying in cheap at a 3% discount to the market? Careful all you investors out there. Ask questions of this management.
