Umm, you do realize that if the rubble pieces are below the resolution of the camera, it will appear to be flat? It the lighting is far enough off-axis, then there might be shadows that indicate there is rubble, but otherwise...

Which is not to say that picture is real. But the apparent lack of rubble isn't proof.
