L-Tyrosine, phenylalanine (DLPA), and 5-htp, all over the counter amino acids. This combo can increase blood pressure and should be taken after meals. It is sold as a patent weight loss supplement. The best way is to buy each separately. Don't take the phenyl if you have skin cancer.

L-Arginine and L-Orthinine are weight loss promoters also over the counter aminos, and they lower blood pressure. Take with above combo. -- potent metabolism increaser. The thing that gives you energy when you eat meat, which is high in carnitine, arginine, glycine, valine, and orthinine. Grams of the stuff.

A minimum would be to take the above five. You can buy bulk aminos from a some firms and save money on a concoction.
