Get rid of all cars, no more automobile fatalities. Might not be a bad idea. It would more than make up for the deaths caused by terrorism. It would also reduce CO2 emissions. We wouldn't need to be dependent on mid-east oil. We would get more exercise by walking more; taking care of the obesity problem. We would tend to work closer to where we live, building a stronger sense of community and tolerance; crime would likely reduce. There would be a huge boom in small businesses to meet the needs of smaller communities. You're on to something.
